Barakuda ("the Service") is an adult content platform operated inside Telegram by operator legal name not set ("we", "us"). By opening the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, close the Service and stop using it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction not set.
The Service contains sexually explicit material and is strictly for adults. By confirming your age on entry you declare that you are at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher.
Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately and permanently, any balance is forfeited, and we report the account where the law requires it.
Members browse the Service, subscribe to Creators, buy content and pay for calls.
Creators additionally publish content, set their own prices and earn from it. To receive payouts a Creator must pass age and identity verification as described in the Payout Terms.
You may switch roles in your profile. Switching does not erase obligations that arose while you held the other role.
Coins are an internal unit of account used to price actions inside the Service. Coins are not money, not a currency, not a payment instrument and not a store of value. They exist only inside the Service.
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service — showing it to the people entitled to see it, generating previews, and keeping backups. We do not sell your content, license it onward, or use it in advertising without your separate written permission.
This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups for the period described in the Privacy Policy, and for material we are required to retain as evidence of a violation.
When a Member pays for a subscription, an unlocked post, a paid message, a gift, a tip or a video call, the transaction is between the Member and the Creator. We provide the platform, take a commission, and record the transaction.
All purchases are final. Content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so we do not refund unlocked content, gifts, tips or completed call minutes. We may make an exception at our discretion when a Creator failed to deliver, when a call did not connect, or when a payment was made from a compromised account.
A subscription grants access for the term paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not shorten or refund the term already paid.
We may suspend or terminate an account, withhold a payout, or remove content when we reasonably believe these Terms or the Content Policy have been breached, when we are legally required to, or when leaving it in place would expose other users to harm.
Where the breach is serious — content involving minors, non-consensual material, fraud — we act immediately and without notice. Otherwise we aim to tell you what was wrong and give you a chance to respond.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To have your account and data deleted, follow the procedure in the Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Video calls depend on your network and on third-party infrastructure, and may fail for reasons outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost earnings, or for content published by other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The Service runs inside Telegram and depends on it. Telegram is a separate company with its own terms, and payments in Telegram Stars are subject to them. If Telegram restricts or removes access to the Service, we will do what we reasonably can, but we do not control that decision.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes will be announced in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
