What may be published, and how to get something removed.
Last updated: 2026-09-12
Draft pending legal review. The removal deadlines below are commitments you will be held to. Confirm they are achievable before publishing, and check them against the notice-and-takedown rules of your jurisdiction.
The following is banned without exception. Accounts are terminated on the first instance, balances are forfeited, and we report to the authorities where the law requires it:
By publishing content you confirm that every person appearing in it is over 18 and has agreed to it being published on an adult platform.
If content shows anyone other than the Creator, we may ask for proof of their age and consent. If that proof is not produced within 48 hours, the content is removed and payouts on it are held pending the outcome.
Keep your own records. You are the one who has to be able to demonstrate consent.
Anyone can report content — you do not need an account, and you do not need to be the person depicted.
Every post, profile and chat has a Report action. It reaches our moderation queue immediately and is the fastest route.
Write to contact e-mail not set. Please include:
| Type of report | First response | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Content involving a minor | Immediately on sight | Removed at once, account terminated, reported to the authorities |
| Non-consensual content reported by the person depicted | Within 24 hours | Hidden immediately while we review; permanently removed unless consent is proven |
| Copyright claim | Within 72 hours | Removed if the claim holds; the uploader may respond |
| Everything else | Within 72 hours | Warning, removal, or account restriction depending on severity |
We tell the reporter the outcome. If you are the person depicted in non-consensual content, tell us so explicitly — that moves your report to the top of the queue and gets the content hidden before the review rather than after it.
You will be told what was removed and why. If you believe it was a mistake, reply with your reasons and any proof of ownership and consent. We look again and answer. Removals for content involving minors are final and are not appealable.
Minor breaches get a warning, then a temporary restriction, then termination. The categories in section 1 skip straight to termination on the first instance.
A terminated account forfeits its balance. Earnings that came from prohibited content are not paid out.
