Content Policy and Complaints

What may be published, and how to get something removed.

1. Absolutely prohibited

The following is banned without exception. Accounts are terminated on the first instance, balances are forfeited, and we report to the authorities where the law requires it:

• Any depiction of a person under 18, real or apparently so, including drawn, generated or age-ambiguous material;
• Content published without the consent of everyone depicted — so-called revenge material, hidden-camera footage, leaks, and content obtained by hacking a device or account;
• Deepfakes and face swaps placing a real person into sexual content they did not create;
• Content depicting rape, coercion, trafficking, or a person unable to consent, including through intoxication;
• Bestiality, necrophilia, or serious injury;
• Advertising or arranging prostitution or escort services;
• Content sexualising real, identifiable minors in any way, sexual or not.

2. Also not allowed

• Content you do not own or have no right to publish;
• Impersonating another person or Creator;
• Recording, screenshotting or redistributing another user's paid content or private call;
• Harassment, threats, blackmail, or publishing someone's private details;
• Selling goods or services outside the Service, or moving a paying user to another platform to avoid our commission;
• Weapons, drugs, malware, stolen credentials or financial fraud;
• Faked engagement — inflating earnings with fake accounts or bought coins moved between accounts you control.

3. What Creators must be able to show

By publishing content you confirm that every person appearing in it is over 18 and has agreed to it being published on an adult platform.

If content shows anyone other than the Creator, we may ask for proof of their age and consent. If that proof is not produced within 48 hours, the content is removed and payouts on it are held pending the outcome.

Keep your own records. You are the one who has to be able to demonstrate consent.

4. Reporting content

Anyone can report content — you do not need an account, and you do not need to be the person depicted.

From inside the app

Every post, profile and chat has a Report action. It reaches our moderation queue immediately and is the fastest route.

By message

Write to contact e-mail not set. Please include:

• a link to the content or the profile, or the Creator's username;
• what is wrong with it;
• if you appear in it: a statement that you are the person depicted and did not consent to publication;
• how we can reach you with the outcome.

5. What we do and how fast

We tell the reporter the outcome. If you are the person depicted in non-consensual content, tell us so explicitly — that moves your report to the top of the queue and gets the content hidden before the review rather than after it.

6. If your content was removed

You will be told what was removed and why. If you believe it was a mistake, reply with your reasons and any proof of ownership and consent. We look again and answer. Removals for content involving minors are final and are not appealable.

7. Repeated violations

Minor breaches get a warning, then a temporary restriction, then termination. The categories in section 1 skip straight to termination on the first instance.

A terminated account forfeits its balance. Earnings that came from prohibited content are not paid out.
